Happy day, State of Hockey!
Mikael Granlund, the reason that very few of us are even thinking about the draft at this point (our prospects list has been so loaded that we’ve barely had a chance to consider who we want this year!) has officially signed with the Minnesota Wild.
Granlund signed a 3-year, $2.7 million deal. I’d put good money on seeing him in St. Paul, not Houston come October.
