Minnesota Wild Announce Road Tour

According to the team’s website, the Minnesota Wild are set for the 2013 Wells Fargo Minnesota Wild Road Tour. The tour, divided into three groups, will visit 18 cities in three states from June 24-26, leading up to the Summer Bash at the John Rose OVAL in Roseville, Minnesota on Thursday, June 27, from 6-9pm.

Group One

Who: Charlie Coyle, Jason Zucker and Wes Walz

Where: Moorhead and Park Rapids (June 24th), Wadena and Alexandria (June 25th) and St. Cloud and Hutchinson (June 26th)

Group Two

Who: Josh Harding and Nate Prosser

Where: Ely and Virginia (June 24th), Two Harbors and Cloquet (June 25th) and Brainerd and Elk River (June 26th)

Special info: Nate Prosser is an Elk River native and the town will be the official host city of the 2014 Wells Fargo Hockey Day Minnesota.

Group Three

Who: Clayton Stoner and Darcy Kuemper

Where: Eau Claire and La Crosse (June 24th), Cedar Rapids and Des Moines (June 25th) and Albert Lea and Northfield (June 26th)

Special info: This is the first glimpse of the Wild organization many Des Moines hockey fans will see. Des Moines is the new home of the Wild’s AHL-affiliate, the Iowa Wild, starting this fall.

At all stops, the first 100 fans will receive a 2013 Wells Fargo Minnesota Wild Road Tour pin.
