Wild Development Camp Scrimmage Will Live Stream Online Tonight

The Minnesota Wild Development Camp Scrimmage will take place on Monday, July 14 at 6:30pm CST and will be streamed live at Wild.com. The Development Camp Scrimmage marks the end of camp and many fans first chance to see Wild prospects in action.

The scrimmage will take place at Excel Energy Center and is free and open to the public. The game will include warm ups, two 30-minute halves, and it will end with an “all-player” shootout.

The game is divided into “Team White” vs. “Team Green.” You can get a full breakdown of both teams’ rosters here.

Players to watch on Team Green include Finnish Elite League star and free agent signing Michael Keränen, Notre Dame’s Mario Lucia, 2014 first round draft pick Alex Tuch, Zack Phillips, Gustav Olofsson, Mathew Dumba, and undrafted free agent Guillaume Gélinas, who was signed this summer.

Over on Team White you should keep an eye on Zack Mitchell, Raphael Bussieres, Brady Brassart, Christian Folin, and goaltender Kappo Kahkonen.

Among that group Folin and Dumba are the two prime targets to make the Wild right out of training camp. Though Keränen, Phillips, Olofsson, Gélinas, Mitchell, Brassart, and Bussieres should get a decent look and could make an appearance up top this season.

Wild.com will also provide pre-game and post-game coverage, including interviews and blog posts over at View from the Lighthouse. The game will be called by Wild radio host Kevin “Big House” Falness, FOX TV analyst Mike Greenlay, and Wild.com managing editor Mike Doyle.

87 days until the home opener.
