Watch Every Goal Ryan Suter Scored Last Season

It took Ryan Suter until December to clock his first goal of the season and it wasn’t a deluge after that. However, anyone who watches the Wild knows that Suter’s biggest contributions to the team aren’t goals. They’ll happen, just not that often.

Notably, they happened in January when Suter registered his first hat trick at any level of hockey.

Suter led the NHL in ATOI for the second straight season, averaging 29:24. That’s two minutes and 20 seconds more than Erik Karlsson, who finished second to Suter. That’s a lot of minutes, especially considering that Suter played all 82 games and played in the Olympics.

The last time a player even finished in the 29 minute range for an average? Nicklas Lidstrom in the 2002-03 season. He averaged 29:20 through 82 games. Suter’s total was the most by any player since the 2001-02 season when Chris Pronger finished with an average of 29:28. Pronger was also the last player to break the 30 minutes average barrier, which he did in the 1999-2000 season.

Ok. Goals. Watch them.
