Training camp is coming. Hockey fans can finally emerge from the darkness and celebrate our beloved sport. Wild players will report next Thursday, September 18th, for formal practices. Meant to coincide with the release of single game tickets to the general public and the Wild Foundation’s Breakaway Run, the Wild will hold an Open Practice at the Xcel Energy Center on September 20th, 2014. The practice will run from 9:00 A.M to 12:30 P.M. Interested fans should report to Gate One, which opens at 8:45 A.M.

Training Camp and off-season festivities are a great way for Wild fans to get a closer look at their favorite players without spending a heap of cash. The open scrimmage held earlier this year drew a crowd big enough to pack half of the lower bowl, and send organizers scrambling to open more sections.
