The Minnesota Wild are reeling, in case you haven’t been around for the past month and a half. Basically everything has gone wrong lately and that spewed forth at practice as coach Mike Yeo smashed like hulk and yelled like some superhero that yells really well.
With Zach Parise out to be with his family, Nate Prosser out sick, and Marco Scandella out with an upper body injury that will keep him out of Thursday’s home game against Chicago, the team endeavored to have one of the more emotional practices of the year.
There were injuries (Koivu, Kuemper), yelling (Yeo), herbies (everyone), sticks breaking (Yeo, Koivu), and drama (everyone, again)! I could make a great 50s B-movie poster out of it. For maximum dramatic impact, here are the tweets, in reverse chronological order, that unveiled today’s events.
