Playoff Odds

The Wild’s playoff odds took a solid tumble after losing to the Avalanche on Sunday. They’re down to a 87.5% probability of making the playoffs according to HockeyStats.ca. They’ve fallen just below the Vancouver Canucks, who sit at a 90.6% probability.

More from Wild News

The Wild’s odds took a slight tumble yesterday as well, with the San Jose Sharks beating the Pittsburgh Penguins in a shootout and the Vancouver Canucks beating the rapidly sinking Anaheim Ducks.

Tonight the Wild benefit from a St. Louis Blues win over the Winnipeg Jets, a Colorado Avalanche win over the Los Angeles Kings (because even though the Avs don’t seem to believe it, they’re done), and a Philadelphia Flyers win over the Dallas Stars.

Here’s a look at how the Western Conference playoff probabilities shake out as of Tuesday morning.
