The Minnesota Wild will open the 2019-2020 regular season on Oct. 3 in Nashville against the Nashville Predators. The Wild and Predators had three games decided by one goal last year, including two games that ended in a shootout. The season opener will be nationally televised on NBC Sports Network. It will be the first of 12 games for the Wild that will be aired on NBC Sports Network. The two teams will square off again on Sunday, March 15 on NBCSN.

Here is a list of the rest of the Nationally Televised games for the Wild.

Wednesday Oct. 30th: The Wild will travel to St. Louis to take on the Blues, the defending Stanley Cup champions. The Wild went 3-1 against the Blues last season, but two of those wins came early in the season, before the Blues went on their historic run. (Note: The Wild and Blues will play in St. Paul on Sunday, Feb. 23 and back in St. Louis on Sunday, March 29 on NBCSN).

Friday, Dec. 27: The Wild and Colorado Avalanche will add the next chapter to their rivalry in Denver on NBCSN. It will be interesting to see how the Wild fare against a team that will be one of the favorites to win the Stanley Cup this season. (Note the Wild and Avalanche will play in another game on NBCSN on Sunday, Feb. 9).

Tuesday, Jan. 14: The Wild will head to Pittsburgh to take on Sidney Crosby and the Penguins. A chance to see the Wild go up against Crosby, one of the best players in the league is a reason to turn on the tube.

Thursday, Jan. 16: Remember when the Tampa Bay Lightning had an historic regular season last year only to fall flat in the opening round of the playoffs last year? This will be the Wild’s first home nationally televised game.

Wednesday Jan. 22: The Wild split their pair of games with the Detroit Red Wings last season. Out of all the nationally televised games, this matchup has the least intrigue.

Sunday, March 1: The Wild will welcome the Washington Capitals to the Twin Cities. Last year the Wild went 1-1 against Alex Ovechkin and the Capitals.
