The Minnesota Wild has signed 2013 4th round pick Dylan Labbe to an Entry-Level Contract.
Bolstering it’s already impressive defensive pool, the Minnesota Wild signed Quebec Major Junior Hockey League standout Dylan Labbe.
Originally drafted by the Wild in the 4th round, 107th overall in the 2013 NHL entry draft.

The 20-year-old left shot defenseman has NHL size at 6-foot-2 and 186-pounds. He’s also a left shot, which is addresses a need for the Wild going forward.
Recording 51 points (15G-36A) this season with the Shawinigan Cataractes, Labbe finished the season tied for 3rd among all QMJHL defensemen in goals and 6th in points. That said, the Q is an offense heavy league.
Labbe will report to the Iowa Wild on an Amateur tryout for the remainder of this season before his entry-level deal kicks in at the start of the 2015-2016 season.
