The Iowa Wild have signed yet another player to a professional tryout (PTO). This time it’s defenseman Collin Bowman of the Colorado Eagles in the ECHL.

Bowman comes to Iowa having posted some impressive numbers with the Colorado Eagles this season. He’s got 13 goals and 20 assists through 43 games. That’s a sharp increase from last season where he posted five goals and 21 assists through 66 games split between the San Francisco Bulls (who are no longer a team) and the Bakersfield Condors.

Bowman will make his AHL debut when he joins the lineup over the weekend when the Iowa Wild play three games in three days. He’s a third year pro who moved into the ECHL after a long career in the WHL with the Kelowna Rockets, Moose Jaw Warriors, and Calgary Hitmen.
